What is an “RSS Feed,” and why should I use this feature?  There is a more in-depth response in the “TECH” section of this blOg.  However, there are two main benefits:

  1. Privacy.  You don't have to subscribe to a service or give anyone your email address to get a periodic report.
  2. Convenience.  You look at all of your news feeds (web site updates) from within one program, in one place, when you choose to do so.
