\nMeanwhile, atheists are protesting in response to the March, 2010 decision by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, in California, that the words “under God” in the Pledge of Allegiance are not<\/u> unconstitutional:<\/p>\n

American Atheists California is holding a demonstration at the San
\nFrancisco Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals building on Wednesday,
\nMarch 17, calling for Congress to repeal the 1954 act that added
