Christian Mens Breakfast, June 23, 2011

The discussion notes ( PDF / TEXT ) for breakfast on Saturday, June 25, 2011 are now online — “Council at Jerusalem”. The early church consisted mainly of Jews who believed that salvation was possible only through Jesus Christ. But as they preached the Good News to gentiles, it was not long before the question arose as to whether gentiles had to first become Jews in order to be saved. This week we discuss the outcome and importance of this decision. Discussion verses: 2 Kings 2:11-12, and Acts 15:1-20
